Paloma Piano Licensing – without the legalese
The licensing and use of Paloma Piano, LLC’s music and resources are based upon membership. Membership covers one teacher and the students currently studying directly under that particular teacher. Studios with multiple teachers must hold a membership for each individual teacher.
Platinum Permissions
Platinum Level members have the following permissions:
- Platinum members have permission to download and reproduce Paloma Piano LLC’ s music and resources for their own studio/students for the duration of the membership period.
- Platinum members have permission to sell Paloma Piano’s music and resources to their own studio/students or charge a studio materials fee for the use of the music and resources for the duration of the membership period.
Platinum Level members DO NOT have permission to:
- Distribute, share, or sell Paloma Piano, LLC’s music, and resources to anyone other than their own studio/students.
- Use Paloma Piano’s music and resources once membership has been stopped.
Paloma Piano will refund payment at any time within the first 10 days of the recurring yearly membership charge to allow for users who did not intend to renew their membership.
Music Stamped with Expiration Date:
Paloma Piano’s membership is automatically renewed at the end of the membership period. Teachers should re-download music and resources so that the stamped expiration date at the bottom of the PDF files will reflect the new status/expiration date of their membership. (For members choosing the quarterly installment payment option this date will reflect the quarterly payment period).
Opting Out:
Paloma Piano members may choose to opt-out of the recurring membership. At such time, all Paloma Piano licensing permission is revoked. Digital and physical Paloma Piano music and materials must be destroyed. Paloma Piano reserves the right to discontinue membership in cases where these terms of use are violated.
Our Promise:
Paloma Piano pledges to do our best to provide excellent resources and great user experience to all of our valued teachers. The Paloma Piano team is happy to assist members in any way possible. Any questions, concerns or technical issues will be addressed as quickly and as effectively as possible.
Gold Permissions
Paloma Piano’s Gold membership allows unlimited printing of Gold level music and resources only for your own students/studio while you are a Paloma Piano Gold member.
Gold Level members have the following permissions:
- Gold members have permission to download and reproduce Paloma Piano LLC’s gold level music and resources for their own studio/students for the duration of the membership period.
Gold Level members DO NOT have permission to:
- Distribute or share Paloma Piano, LLC’s music, and resources to anyone other than their own studio/students.
- Sell Paloma Piano, LLC’s music or resources.
- Use Paloma Piano’s music and resources if you opt-out of your free membership.
Membership Period:
There is never a charge for Gold Membership and you may remain a Gold member as long as you would like. If you like the Gold membership please let your colleagues know about it as each teacher must have their own free account to be able to download and print the Paloma Piano’s Gold level music and resources for their studio/students.
Remember: Gold level music and resources may not be resold to anyone or distributed outside of your own studio/students.
Opting Out:
Paloma Piano members may choose to opt-out of the gold membership at any time. Just send an email to support@palomapiano.com to request that your membership be terminated. At such time, all Paloma Piano licensing permission is revoked. All digital and physical Paloma Piano music and materials must be destroyed. Paloma Piano reserves the right to discontinue membership in cases where these terms of use are violated.
