You can reset your account password by visiting the forgot password page. After submitting you email on that page you will receive an email with password reset instructions.
You can cancel at anytime, however we do not offer refunds. Just click on the Cancel account link on the Account Settings page or go here. Remember that you are no longer allowed to use Essential or Premium level music or resources that you downloaded from Paloma Piano after the date of your membership expiration. You must destroy any copies and delete any downloaded files.
