The Painted Lady
I wrote “The Painted Lady” as a companion piece to “The Monarch” My students loved the first one and asked me to write another one just like it.
The Painted Lady is also a butterfly it looks like the Monarch butterfly but it is not poisonous. This fools birds and other predators and the butterflies can travel safely.
This piece is a bit more challenging to play than “The Monarch”
